Misconceptions

A misconception, a false or mistaken view, opinion, or attitude, can lead to big problems later on. Once we learn something, even a misconception, it takes conscious effort to replace it with a new idea. ALL science related problem solving is based on established theories, concepts, models, and formulas. No answer is "just because it's the opposite of what you'd think". Rationalize the question, think about the concepts involved, and solve the problem using established methods.
